The 24th Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol will be held at the Geneva International Conference Center, (CICG) Geneva, Switzerland, from 13 to 16 July 2004. The first session will begin at 10.00 hours on 13 July 2004 in Conference Room (CR) 2.
The registration will begin on 10 July at 08.00 hours. To expedite registration, delegates are kindly requested to pre-register using forms attached to the invitation letter, or click here to download a word version of the form.

Before the official commencement of the 24th Open-ended Working Group, the following meetings will take place:
· Ad Hoc Working Group on Methyl Bromide Technical Options Committee. In session at 10.00 – 13.00 and 15.00 – 18.00 hours in CR 18. By invitation only.
· 2nd Meeting of the Bureau of the 15th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol. In session at 10.00 – 13.00 hours in CR 16. By invitation only.
· 24th Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol. In session at 10.00 – 13.00 and 15.00 – 18.00 hours in CR 2. Registered delegates
· 32nd Implementation Committee Meeting under the Non-Compliance Procedure of the Montreal Protocol. In session at 10.00 – 13.00 and 15.00 – 18.00 hours in CR 18. By invitation only.

The CICG is easily accessible by air, train, or car.
By plane: Geneva International Airport is 5 kms from CICG.
By train: Geneva’s main railway station, Cornavin, is 2 kms from CICG.
By bus: From Cornavin railway
station: No. 5: Stop Vermont; No. 8 and No. 14: Stop UIT.
From Geneva Airport: No. 28: Stop Nations.
By tram: The new line No. 13 links the Place des Nations.
By car: The CICG has a certain number of free parking spaces available for our participants. Please contact the Secretariat’s Registration Desk for the parking coupon.
Please apply for your entry visas from the Swiss Embassy or Consulate nearest to you. Our letter of invitation should be included in your submission of request for visas. Please note that it is not possible for the Swiss authorities to grant entry visas upon arrival
