Decision III/1: Adjustments and amendment

The Third Meeting of the Parties decided in Dec. III/1:

  1. To note that only two States have so far ratified the Amendment, adopted at the Second Meeting of the Parties to the Protocol and to urge all States to ratify that Amendment in view of the fact that twenty instruments of ratification, approval or acceptance are required for it to come into force on 1 January 1992.
