I, Kofi Adu Agyarko, nominated by Ghana, residing in Ghana, a Member of the TEAP Decision XXXI/1 Task Force on the replenishment of the Multilateral Fund for the implementation of the Montreal Protocol (hereinafter referred to as the Replenishment Task Force or RTF) declare as follows:

1. I have read the Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Guidelines for the Technology and Economic Assessment Panel, its Technical Options Committees and Temporary Subsidiary Bodies (“the COI Guidelines”) as adopted by the Meeting of the Parties in Decision XXIV/8.
2. I am Director at Ghana Energy Commission. My responsibilities include promotion of energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies, which entails elaboration of rules, regulations and policies governing the importation and manufacturing of electrical appliances, elaboration of rules and regulations to establish a level playing field for the uptake and growth of renewable energy technologies.
3. This declaration constitutes my written agreement, pursuant to paragraph 8 of the COI Guidelines, to comply with the Guidelines.  I understand that this written agreement is a condition of my service.
