Description: Stockholm Group discussion for invited participants to informally exchange views and have a technical dialogue of relevance to the Montreal Protocol and the Multilateral Fund (MLF) work on the practical challenges such as compliance targets in view on energy efficiency (EE), establishment of baselines, verification of sustainable reductions complying with the climate targets, what may be required in the A5 in terms of measuring, verification and reporting of GHG reductions and integrate with UNFCCC requirements on reporting principles; support to A5 to implement these requirements in terms of infrastructure, capacities and resources, linkage of EE to HFC phase down.
