After working for various diplomatic missions, including the Embassy of Switzerland, Stephanie Egger Haysmith initially joined UNICEF Somalia in 2016 as a Planning Officer before moving to the UNICEF Eastern and Southern Regional Office in support of Partnerships Development. She joined the Montreal Protocol Ozone Secretariat as Communications and Information Officer in June 2019.

As well as managing the Secretariat’s communications and public information, and promoting the work of the ozone treaties, she is also the sustainability management, Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs), youth engagement and Cooling Cluster focal point. 

Stephanie holds a Bachelor's in Economics & Politics (UK), as well as a Masters in Global Diplomacy from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London (UK).
