Decision XII/17: Ouagadougou Declaration at the Twelfth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol

The Twelfth Meeting of the Parties decided in Dec. XII/17 to adopt the Ouagadougou Declaration at the Twelfth Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol, as contained in annex IV to the report of the Twelfth Meeting of the Parties.
