Alert! Thailand has instituted public‑health measures for persons arriving in Thailand from, or transiting through, countries designated as infected areas for Ebola. Such persons will be isolated or quarantined upon arrival at Thailand's ports of entry for at least 21 days. Please check the latest applicable measures at the Department of Disease Control website before making travel arrangements.
Important! On 19 May 2026, Thailand’s Cabinet approved changes to visa requirements. All delegates, especially those who previously qualified for visa-free entry or for visa-on-arrival, are encouraged to consult the Thai embassy/consulate-general in their country or jurisdiction, and their chosen airlines, to confirm the latest entry requirements.
