Meeting information

The registration process has three steps:

  1. Create an account. The same account will be used when registering for future meetings. An email will be sent to you with a password to enable you to log in and go to step 2.
  2. Create a profile. The same profile will be used when registering for all future meetings.
  3. Register for meetings. Each meeting (ImpCom HFC Workshop, OEWG) requires a separate registration form.

A confirmation email will be sent to you after the registration information is reviewed and approved by the Secretariat.

                            

Due to security requirements at the UNCC, participants are required to take a photo on site during the registration process.  Badges will not be pre-printed.  Participants, including those who have registered online and uploaded photos, are required to take photos before being issued with a UNCC compliant badge.  

On-site registration will be open on Sunday 19 April from  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  and from 8:00 a.m. daily from Monday 20 April 2015.
