The FSM NOU has issued a penalty of $25,000 against the company in accordance with FSM’s Ozone Depleting Substances regulations. | The seized HCFC-22 cylinders totaling 0.183 MT is currently in storage with Kosrae State Customs Office. The Multilateral Fund: US$1,558,393
The Multilateral Fund is the financial mechanism of the Montreal Protocol and provides financial and technical assistance to Article 5 (developing) countries to enable their compliance with the Protocol’s control measures.The Executive Committee of the Multilateral Fund has approved funding to Micronesia (Federated States of) in the amount of US$1,558,393 as at 2025-12-31. This includes funding for the following current ongoing projects (including agency fees):
